Valley Center is Country Living!
Folks are discovering that the community of Valley Center offers a clean, invigorating, natural environment - true "country living". As residents of our little hamlet, we cherish our views of green, rolling hills and seasonal stream beds lined with native live oak and sycamore trees, and the panorama of Rodriguez Peak and the Palomar Mountain range. At 1000 to 1500 feet in altitude, we're guaranteed pure air and refreshing breezes.
You can't miss that wonderful feeling of spaciousness here. Our 20,000 locals are happily spread over a 100 square mile planning area. Indeed, Valley Center folks are proud of their Community Plan, which offers a small country town center, surrounded by miles of grove lands studded with custom homes on minimum 2 acre lots. Our town center provides convenient local shopping, medical and dental services, and restaurants.
